Mental Health Is An Important Subject. Autism Awareness Day/Month. It’s hard for me to talk about. I have made videos in the past and plan to do more in the future. Something that I want you to understand. Talking about my experiences is not therapeutic for me. Which was one of the reasons I started talking about my own experiences dealing with my own invisible disabilities. I plan on making more videos even if I might have covered a topic in the past. I think some things are worth repeating. I do have some travel and cosplay photography videos coming up! So please stay tuned.

3 Stages Of Understanding One’s Own Invisible Disability It is not always easy for someone with an invisible disability (ADHD, Autistic Spectrum, Learning Disabilities, & so forth) to understand that we have an Invisible Disability. If you are a parent it is tempting to force movement from one stage to The stages are 1. Not being able to understand that we have a disability. This not mean we don’t have a diagnosis. It means that despite having struggles we can’t conceive the idea that we have a disability. 2. Denail/Defense. This is the stage where we understand we have a disability, but remember a very hurtful past, or in some cases might be going through a very low. 3. Is acceptance of the fact that we have a disability and the help and support being offered. There is also the disappointment that that help and support would have never been useful.
I’ve been Slacking Off (Why I Haven’t Been Posting) I set a goal of making a video regarding my mental health/invisible health experience for every Monday. I’ve been slacking off a bit. These videos are not always easy for me to make and, are not always as therapeutic as you might think. #slackingoff I have been posting to my Sports Talk With Troy YouTube Sports Talk With Troy

Why I fell I Need To Talk About My Mental Health Issues. I often Find talking about my experiences with ADHD, Autistic Issues, and Learning Disabilities. Can open old wounds and be painful. However, I was watching an interview with Mauro Ranallo promoting the documentary about his battle with Bipolar Affective Disorder, and it made me realize that as someone with real-life experience. I need to talk about it more and in a public place. Because I fell there is a lot of information from people who might study mental health issues, but they don’t experience them, and I think they can give out unintentionally bad and harmful information. Why I’m Investing In Cryptocurrencies My Autistic Spectrum/ADHD/Learning Disabilities Experience. This is not and should not be mistaken for an investment video. am simply sharing my perspective on why I have chosen to take a risk on cryptocurrencies. As a person who deals with Autistic Spectrum issues, ADHD and other Learning Disabilities For many people on the Autistic Spectrum, or who have ADHD and other Learning Disabilities. The opportunities that exist for our Neurologically Typical peers on the job market. Both in gaining employment and advancing within the job. Do not exist for us. Therefore I am always looking for something that might help me out in some way or another. So I can ideally support myself, and truly stand on my own two feet. are cryptocurrencies the answer? The truth is that only time will tell. They are a pretty new thing (wikipedia lists 2009 as Bitcoin’s start date). There is an element of risk in every investment. I have some stock investments, and worry about a stock crash as much as I do a crypto crash. To put things into to put things into perspective . From all the research I’ve done stocks and most other investments return 10% a year. Bitcoin as of writing this is up 767.63% from last year. Litecoin 3050.74, & Ethereum 8311.06% (source https://www.coinbase.com/charts) . While past performance does not necessarily indicate future performance. For me and the situation that I am in my life. I fell it is worth the risk to put some of my money into crypto. The Good Doctor and The Portrayal Of Autism In TV & Movies. The Good Doctor is a new show on ABC. About a young Autistic doctor. It seems that every portrayal of autism in television and movies fallows The Rain Man Trope. The Good Doctor appears to be no different. However this is not the whole picture of what means to deal with autism. Some of us aren’t savants. We are not a socially awkward genius. We are not doctors, neuroscientists or something like those jobs. A lot of us struggle with math, language and science, and have very limited employment opportunities. There is nothing wrong with showing characters who are autistic savants, but I would also like to see more autistic characters who aren’t. Characters who struggle with trying to keep a minimum wage job, and or fell trapped in a bad one because they know they are going to have a hard time finding another job.
