Andre Ward Retirement Quick Thoughts. At the age of 33 Andre Ward is retireing from boxing (for the second time). He has a career record of 33 wins with 16 knockouts. o losses and 0 draws. He is a two division world champion at super middleweight 168, and light heavyweight 175. His winning The Super Six World Boxing Classic may be the greatest accomplishment ever at super middleweight. Keep in mind that Mikkel Kessler and Carl Froch were expected to win going in. Ward beat both of them. He also won an Olympic Gold medal in 2004. He finished his career with two wins over Sergey Kovalev. Ward is a great boxer a future Hall of Famer.
