TroyGrudin MediaArts Is Going Through Some Changes!

I changed the layout!  As you may be aware I host all my YouTube Videos from My YouTube Channels Sports Talk With Troy and TroyGrudin . as well as my Instagram https://www.instagram.com/tfgrudin/

Lately, I have been doing a weekly posting of all my videos.  I am not sure that is the best format.  Until I start a Patreon or something like Patreon YouTube will be the first place to see my videos.

I am thinking about not posting any actual videos here.  Just make announcements.  Maybe the text to try to draw you into checking my channels out.

Terence Crawford Vasyl Lomachenko Who’s #1 (June 2018)

Terence Crawford Vasyl Lomachenko Who’s #1 (June 2018). In the wake of Floyd Mayweather’s retirement. Two boxers have emerged as the new kings of the sport. Leaving what I fell is a large gap between them and the rest of the sport. The first is Terence Crawford of Omaha, Nebraska. Over the past 2 years, 5-0 with 4 stoppage wins. He became the undisputed champion at 140 and just won a championship at 147. The other is Vasyl Lomachenko The 2 time Olympic Gold medalist from Ukraine has put together a 6-0 mark all stoppages over the last two years. 5 defenses of a championship at 130 and winning one at 135. All 11 combined performances by Bud and Loma have been masterclasses. Each and everyone against very good and very capable opponents. When you take into account the quality of their opposition & how they performed against them. I just don’t see an argument for anyone else.

Another Way to help me grow is to download Brave through this referral link https://brave.com/spo215  they send me $5 which might not seem like a lot, but every little bit helps.

Depression Kills Why We Keep it Bottled Up (Rant)

Depression Kills Why We Keep it Bottled Up (Rant). Sorry for the camera shaking near the end. This is not the first time I have talked about mental health issues. However, it has been a while. Recent events in the world both positive and negative have put me in a position that I fell I need to talk about them more. Mostly the Mauro Ranallo documentary (which at this time I still have not seen) and Kate Spade’s passing. Depression kills and just because you have success and comfort does not mean that you can’t have depression, or that its effects can’t get to you. We often keep our depression bottled up. We keep it bottled up because when we do open up. The response we get is often being more attacked than helpful. We often wind up being more frustrated and feeling more alone than before opening up. Too many people assume that having success and comfort means you can’t be depressed. Success and comfort certainly help. However, they do not prevent depression. Depression often goes hand and hand with other mental health issues. There is often a feeling of isolation that comes with ADHD, Autistic Spectrum issues, and other Learning Disabilities. This often leads to depression. The life expectancy of those of us who live with depression and other mental health issues is much shorter than those of you who don’t. I do not want to be a part of that statistic. Mental health is an important and personal issue for me. However, I am also trying to run a YouTube Channel. I would like to do more happy videos like my cosplay photography. I kind of fell guilty about asking but Please Subscribe. Every little bit of support helps. TroyGrudin YouTube I also have a sports channel that I cal Sports Talk With Troy. Sports Talk With Troy YouTube
